Steven Lepisto has been with the Department since 1995.  Prior to that he worked for the Kiel Police Department as a Dispatcher.  He has been in law enforcement since 1988 and is the Department's Firearms Instructor, Vehicle Contacts Instructor and Computer Crime Investigator.  He also created and maintains this basic web site for the Police Department.
