Robert Baldwin has worked for the Department since 1996.  He is currently  the Police Department's member of the Calumet County Drug Task Force.   Rob currently works the evening and night shifts.  When other officers are working he does much of his patrolling on one of our two police bicycles.  In 2003,  Officer Baldwin logged over 700 miles of bicycle patrol.  In 2006 Officer Baldwin completed a three week Drug Recognition Expert course to be able to detect drivers impaired by drugs and make a determination what kind of drug they are impaired by. Officer Baldwin is the only DRE within Calumet County.
